The Villa is located between the village of Alte and the small town of Messines, both having nice bars and restaurants. The countryside around the villa has some beautiful walks and scenery.It has a large private pool 13m x 6m and sleeps 6.
An external staircase leads to a large roof terrace with an additional room furnished with sofa & coffee table, also a terrace with garden table & chairs. The views are quite beautiful.

| Swimming Pool | The pool is fitted with ultra modern Ultra Violet Light System this means that there are very small amounts of chemicals and no salts added, leaving the water clean and pure which is perfect for swimming.

| | Booking notes | A deposit of 25% is required on booking. The balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.Booking deposit is none refundable.A £300 Breakage bond is required with the final payment.This will be returned within 48hrs of departure providing no damage has occurred.

Between April -July changeover day Thursdays
Between August -November changeover day Sundays.
Check in time 2pm. Please vacate the villa by 10am.
